Common questions

• I can’t log in. Orca accounts are created by your employer. Contact your manager or admin for an invitation, or email us at the address above.
• Location tracking. Orca records your location only while you are clocked in, to calculate work routes and mileage. Clock out and tracking stops. See the privacy policy.
• My hours or mileage look wrong. Your employer’s admin can review and correct time entries and mileage. If something still looks off, email us.
• Delete my data. Data deletion requests go through your employer, or email us directly.
